Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
Fall is here and nothing says, “Thanksgiving is coming” quite like pumpkin flavored drinks and desserts.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 pitted dates (pitted)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 pinch ground clove (this is 1/16 teaspoon)
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 cup ice cubes
- coconut whipped cream (optional)
Equipment: blender
Instructions:
- Place the pumpkin puree, coconut water, dates, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, clove, nutmeg and ice cubes into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
