Basil Strawberry Water

I was just at our local farmers market and found 2 massive bunches of basil for $2!! So now I’m putting basil into everything. Even my fruit infused strawberry water!

Makes: 1/2 gallon

Preparation time: 1h5m

  • 6 stems basil
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1/2 gallon water

Equipment: pitcher


  1. Wash the basil and strawberries.
  2. Trim the greens off the strawberries and slice them into 4 pieces.
  3. Place both basil and strawberries into a pitcher and top with 1/2 gallon of water.
  4. Refrigerate for at least an hour so the fruit and basil can infuse the water.
